How our Fundraisers Work


1-Pick your DATE, TIME, and VENUE

TIP: Weekdays are best, with a 6-8 time frame. Make sure you have enough tables and chairs.

~We have a 10 person minimum~

2-Choose your design from our gallery at

(If you don’t see something you like- JUST ASK! We are always adding new designs!)

3-Your party will go on our website for your guests to register via paypal.  If they prefer to call or pay onsite, we can accommodate.

4- We do the rest! We supply everything you need to have a successful paint night fundraiser. (canvas, easels, brushes, aprons, disposable table cloths, etc) We set up and clean up.

5 -The cost per painting is $35 with your group earning $10 per painting! You will receive payment within a week.
